Health insurance does not cover SAP services. Additional fees may apply for recommended treatment and/or education provider services.

Cancellation Policy:
If you miss your scheduled SAP Evaluation appointment without notifying us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a $100 rescheduling fee.
