Meet with your qualified SAP evaluator to discuss your violation, drug and alcohol use history, employment history, and any other relevant information. This evaluation determines the level of care for your SAP Program.

Personalized Recommendations

Recommendations for education and/or treatment will be given to you based on your specific needs. We will refer you to an education or treatment provider.

Follow-Up Evaluation

The SAP will meet with you for a follow-up SAP evaluation once you have successfully completed the required education and/ or

Reporting

Returning to Duty:
What You Need to Know

After completing your treatment plan, you’ll meet with your SAP, who will assess the success of your treatment. If effective, they will notify your employer that you are cleared to return to work. If further treatment is necessary, you will undergo another treatment plan based on the SAP’s recommendations. Ongoing treatment and regular DOT drug and alcohol testing may be required over the next six to twelve months.
