Meet with your qualified SAP evaluator to discuss your violation, drug and alcohol use history, employment history, and any other relevant information. This evaluation determines the level of care for your SAP Program.
Personalized Recommendations
Recommendations for education and/or treatment will be given to you based on your specific needs. We will refer you to an education or treatment provider.
Follow-Up Evaluation
The SAP will meet with you for a follow-up SAP evaluation once you have successfully completed the required education and/ or
treatment program.
Reporting
The SAP Evaluator sends your evaluation to your employer or third-party consortium. Upon passing the return-to-duty test, you are cleared to return to safety-sensitive duty and go back to work.
